Custom by Killbucket's Army of Two PDW Shield,
Using 6mm Sheet ABS
plastic.
Based on props
in "Army of Two", the PDW shield is meant to protect the
gunner while preventing head-shots.
I did several sketches first to get the
shapes right, then made a cardboard fake, then moved onto the
polymer sheet.
