My CQB,
Brass-catcher Battery Dock:
I wanted to carry "more power" on one of
my first guns. I'm surprised this idea never caught
on...
LiPoly batteries have made the idea
obsolete, but you could still use the space for more
ammo!
With all the recent emphasis and
excitement about Close-Quarters Battle, or CQB, it seemed a
no-brainer to have a stealthy "leave no brass traces"
shell-catcher on a shorty M4. Since airsoft guns don't usually
eject spent shell casings, I thought this would be the perfect
place to hide some BIG batteries.
I got some black felt at the fabrics
store, and designed a simple structure made of ABS plastic
sheet.
You never can have enough battery for a
custom airsoft gun. I made this pack
myself.
