I created the fake machine guns in TurboCAD.
I made the parts for the machine guns using a ShopBot CNC.
None actually fire, but many have LED's built into the muzzles.
The builder of the
Black Knight actually works for the contractor who makes
robotic machine guns that are monted onto military
vehicles.
Making the dummy guns for the Super Hero Vehicle was fairly easy, compared to designing solid, theft-resistant mounts for them.
The gun mounts have to be super-solid, because this vehicle is driven daily, and they have to take a beating in the real world, not on a movie set like most of my creations.
This H2 Hummer is for sale- $55,000 takes it.
The interior is its own light show.
